Two centuries ago, Napoleon Bonaparte uttered, “let China sleep, for when she wakes, she will shake the world.” While the Democrats are busy occupying themselves with obstructing President Trump, literally the only activity in which they’ve shows consistency.

President Trump, meanwhile, has been focused on one of the largest threats to the West to emerge since the conflict with the USSR in the Cold War: the increasing threat of China and Chinese authoritarianism. Like a true American public servant, Trump is working tirelessly to protect Americans not only from serious internal threats, but also increasingly terrifying external threats.

Ignoring the media and socialist snowflake hysteria, the President Trump and the State Department proactively moved to close the Chinese consulate in Houston after discovering an array of extremely disturbing activities, including the theft of American intellectual property (IP).

“‘State Department spokeswoman Morgan Ortagus, traveling with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in Denmark, said the closure was ordered ‘to protect American intellectual property and Americans’ private information …

The United States will not tolerate [China’s] violations of our sovereignty and intimidation of our people, just as we have not tolerated the [its] unfair trade

practices, theft of American jobs, and other egregious behavior,’ she said. ‘President Trump insists on fairness and reciprocity in U.S.-China relations.’” [Source: Breitbart]

Republican Senator Marco Rubio also agreed with the move, and he called out the consulate in Houston for exactly what it is: Another spying resource.

#China’s consulate in #Houston is not a diplomatic facility. It is the central node of the Communist Party’s vast network of spies & influence operations in the United States. Now that building must close & the spies have 72 hours to leave or face arrest. This needed to happen.” [Source: Twitter]

Unsurprisingly, upon the 72-hour notice, mysterious documents in the consulate began burning. The nature of the documents is unknown, but it is a strange response when the international spotlight is currently on that consulate. Unless the information in the documents is so bad that their exposure is more damaging than the rather obvious public fires.

Trump has also warned that other Chinese consulates may close, especially since the Chinese consulate in San Francisco was found to be harboring a biological researcher who blatantly lied about her connections to the Chinese military.

If the Democrats were truly concerned for the American people, they would work alongside Trump in defending the United States against one of the gravest threats it’s faced in decades. Instead, they immediately began whining that banning flights from China in late January was racist, only to wheel around a couple of months later and complain Trump hadn’t done anything proactive to address the virus.

China has already shown that it’s capable of crippling the world economy through the release of mysterious viruses, with the COVID-19 pandemic being cited as the first “deliberate recession” in history. Conveniently, Chinese manufacturing has been on overdrive since earlier in the year, with the nation eagerly raking in massive revenue from the “mandatory” masks and gloves it’s been busily producing.

It appears that COVID-19 has provided quite the boost to the Chinese economy after it took a rightful blow from President Trump, the first American President in decades to do anything definitive about China.

In fact, contrary to popular fake news opinions, Trump has been laser-focused on the United States’ unfair trade imbalance with the Asia-Pacific region for years. After seeing how enormous the trade imbalance was growing with this region, Trump began opposing international trade in its current form in the 1980s, and here he is now, nearly forty years later, still holding the same convictions he did before.

As noted by The Wall Street Journal, “three decades before President Trump’s trade agenda jolted the world, he laid out his vision in full-page newspaper advertisements foreshadowing what was to come,” where Trump argued that various nations in Asia “have been taking advantage of the United States” for decades.

Of course, rather than focusing on the increasing threat of China, including its movements in the sea towards Taiwan, Democrats have been gleefully drunk on their newfound power after the Wuhan virus reached American shores.

They’ve done virtually nothing but clamoring for endless shutdowns of all American institutions, including schools, as well as shutdowns of voting centers, as Democrats likely know by now that Trump is poised to crush them into oblivion … again. In fact, th only thing they haven’t demanded a shutdown of has been lawless riots, which makes their motivation to destroy the United States rather obvious. In fact, they don’t even bother to hide their hatred for the United States anymore.

When you have someone third-in-line to the Presidency of the United States, Nancy Pelosi, referring to COVID-19 as the “Trump virus” instead of what it really is, the Wuhan virus, the nation is in serious trouble.

With any luck, not only will Trump take even more of the electorate than he did before, but radicals like Pelosi will be taught a lesson once and for all: Try to destroy America, you’ll achieve nothing but destroying your own rather cushy, taxpayer-funded existence.
